DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

DELETE INSIDE BREAKDOWN

The quickest verified method is available directly in the game:

  1. Open Breakdown.
  2. Open Settings, then More.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation and choose Delete Forever.

This permanently deletes the Breakdown account and associated online data. Local progress and Ball Lab unlocks on that installation are also reset. This action cannot be undone.

REQUEST DELETION WITHOUT THE APP

If you no longer have access to Breakdown, email Breakdown Player Support. Include your player name and public player ID if you recorded it. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated personal documents.

We will reply with the minimum verification steps needed to locate the correct pseudonymous account and prevent another person from deleting it without permission.

REQUEST ACCOUNT DELETION

WHAT IS DELETED

  • The anonymous Breakdown authentication account and account identifiers.
  • Player profile, name, equipped cosmetics, social relationships, and account-linked rewards.
  • Campaign, Daily, custom-level, and pool leaderboard records linked to the account.
  • Stored replay data and account-linked analytics records.
  • Published custom levels, custom-level scores, reports, and other account-linked community content where deletion is required.

Protected backups may retain a copy temporarily until their normal replacement cycle. Limited records may be retained only where needed for fraud prevention, security, legal claims, or legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.

STORE PURCHASES

Account deletion does not delete purchase records held independently by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled under the relevant store's rules. Deleting Breakdown does not itself cancel unrelated store services or subscriptions.
